Development

Obtain a feasibility report before buying, selling or renovating your property in order to maximise the return on your investment. A design feasibility report summarises everything you need to know about the design potential of your property, including preliminary concept layouts. The report can provide where applicable:

  • council requirements
  • a site analysis
  • an outline of the design and construction process
  • consultant team requirements
  • a floorplan review
  • the maximum height permissible
  • the maximum buildable area permissible
  • impact by risk areas assessment
  • a summary of DA development history
  • a benchmarking and vision board
  • opportunities for interior design services, or landscaping services

The DA process always carries risks, and approvals can never be guaranteed. A design feasibility report will give you a clearer understanding from expert preliminary insights before you commit to investing a larger amount of money.
